Do I have to sign a long-term contract?


No, you do not have to sign a long-term contract. During these times of COVID where I understand everyones schedule is quite uncertain, I am currently offering month-to-month commitments. Long-term contracts are always recommended though to be held accountable for a long-term goal!




Are your trainers certified? And what kind of qualifications do they have?


First off, all of our trainers at a minimum hold a nationally accredited personal training certifications. On top of that, our trainers go through a vigorous TRUE ZEAL training program in order to meet our high standards of quality. Even further more, our trainers hold some speciality certications such as "prenatal exercise", "postpartum rehabilitation", "corrective exercise", "MMA Conditioning", "health coaching", "nutrition", and "performance enhancement". The high level of education we provide is why we are the highest regarded online fitness company in the nation.




Do you train in-person or just virtual?


I provide sessions virtual and in-person! When I arrive to client's homes, I always come prepared with proper PPE wear.




How often should I train?


The ideal frequency of personal training sessions varies from person to person. Just getting started with exercise and healthy eating? Need regular motivation and support to get your workout accomplished? Have an injury that you’re working through? You’ll probably need to see a trainer two to four times each week. Many of my clients reduce their frequency of personal training sessions to bi-weekly or even monthly once they’ve demonstrated the ability to consistently get their health and fitness routine accomplished and progress their exercises as recommended. Although I miss seeing their smiling faces, I always am pleased when clients reduce their need to see me because they’ve become self-directed exercisers!




How do you take payments?


I can receive payments via Venmo, Check or taking your credit card over Stripe services. (Be aware there is a 3% charge for credit card/debit card payments.)




Do you work with people that have priror injuries?


Yes, I do provide services to those who may have previous injuries. I can help you relieve everyday muscle aches and pains to improve your ability to move and feel better. I focus on a variety of movement impairments such as postural dysfunctions, restricted mobility and weak muscle tissue from joint replacements, previous injuries and chronic pain related to muscle imbalances. Believe or not – what you do day-to-day affects your body’s alignment. (Example: Sitting for extended periods of time, occupation movements, holding a child on only one side of the hip.) By identifying a client’s possible Cumulative Injury Cycle, I can also then intervene on a movement pattern that could be causing chronic pain and dysfunctions. Now, after we do a few assessments and I discover that those injuries may extremely affect my ability to train you safely, I may recommend that you finish a rehabilitaiton program with a Physical Therapist and then, I will be your post-rehab fitness profressionals.




Do you offer discounts?


I do offer discounts for long-term commitment plans! Because I want to provide a path of least resistance for clients who may be hestiate on starting a fitness plan due to a long-term commitment plan, we offer the month-to-month plans. But, if we discuss your road map to success and you feel confident and dedicated to your goals, I do offer discounted prices for a longer-term commitment plan. That way you get rewarded for your discipline to follow through on your health, wellness and fitness mission!




Do you offer couples training?


Yes, I do offer couples training for the price of time and a half. If I do your assessments and discover that you and your spouse may require different programming based on individual injuries or dysfunctions, I will recommend you to invest in indiviulaized training.




Do you offer packages?


Yes, packages can help accomodate to certain lifestyles. Such as: -Busy travel schedules -Work schedules -Busy parents -Vacation training




Do you offer a trial or free session?


Yes, I do offer a free session after our initial phone call consultation. I want you to feel confident in your health and wellness investment so I always love to meet with potential clients in person. Although this is quite a funny analogy, I do like to think of investing into a trainer as if you were purchasing a car! - You have to make sure you are comfortable, you connect with it and you feel excited to drive it! I strive to build my relationships with clients built on trust and communication so this helps progress that process! ;)




Do you offer refunds?


I am always willing to work with clients if they run into an emergency. While some circumstances do not justify a refund, I am commpassionate and will do my best to accomodate your concerns.




Can I gift sessions to someone?


Yes, absolutely! I highly encourage it giving the gift of fitness! Please note that your purchased sessions expire six months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable if given in gift form.




Do you offer large group sessions?


I currently do not offer group sessions.




What fitness equipment do I need to buy?


In order to start your fitness journey, you are not required to purchase equipment up front. But, as you progress and depending on your goals, there will be a point where an investment is needed for certain pieces of equipment. I can give you a detailed list of what you may need based off of your goals!




What is required of me before a session?


I love when my clients are ready for their session being rested, hydrated and have had food an hour prior to ensure they have energy to hit it!




Does nutrition counseling come with my purchase?


Yes, to some extent. I provide lots of helpful tips, guidance, handouts and education to aid in your nutritional journey. During our consultation, we'll discuss more details on the extent of assistance you may need and that may require an additional payment for a more extensive health coaching program.




Do you have to use Zoom or Skype?


I can use either Zoom or Skype! :)
